| Golf is an incredibly popular sport in South Africa
and it is growing quickly. It’s growing
so fast that it’s difficult to know
how many courses there are in the country
but it is safe to say that the number of golfers
per course is much fewer than in the States,
meaning of course, that it’s much easier
to get a tee time! Also, considering the currency
conversion, golf is very reasonably priced
here. A
casual (needless to say!) golfer might remark:
“Once you’ve seen one, you’ve
seen them all”. Not here! One must
be aware that on some of these courses,
it is wise to scan the surrounding area
before addressing your off-the-fairway ball.
Ostrich mommas may not cotton to the idea
of folks hitting egg-like objects with sticks!
